Can I get it faster?

Domestic Orders:

If you find yourself needing your order urgently, please reach out to us with your order number and your preferred timeframe where we can assist to look for quicker alternatives.
If immediate doorstep courier is required, the additional cost will be borne by you.

International Orders:

We are partnered with DHL Express, one of the world's leading delivery providers. While our standard shipping timeframes are one of the fastest, you may opt for International Overnight Shipping.
If your order is time sensitive, please reach out to us before you place your order and we will quote you a fee for overnight shipping. Once you have been quoted, please ensure that your order is placed before 12pm (GMT+8) so that your order can be processed and shipped on the same day.
Orders made after 12pm (GMT+8) will be processed the next business day.

Can I change my shipping address?

If you have provided the wrong address, please reach out to us immediately so that we may rectify the issue.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, no changes can be made.

Do I pay custom fees?

International - Taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total. Any duties and taxes owed will be billed directly to customers by the global carrier.
